THE OLD FASHIONED

• 2 oz Bingham’s Black
• .25 oz Simple Syrup
• 4-5 Dashes of Bitters
• Orange Peel
• Luxardo Cherry

Add two bar spoons of simple syrup, three dashes of bitters and bourbon to a large rocks glass. Add ice. Stir gently. Zest an orange peel over the glass and garnish with the orange. Add a Luxardo Cherry.
